Avoyelles High School, historically known as Moreauville High School, is a public high school in Moreauville in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. It educates about 630 pupils in grades 7 to 12 and is part of the Avoyelles Parish School Board. [2] The school building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Avoyelles Public Charter School was founded as a Type 2 charter school open to any student in the state of Louisiana in 2000 by Julie C. Roy (then Julie Durand). It initially consisted of grades kindergarten through fifth, and one grade was added every year until 2008.

Avoyelles Parish School Board is a school district headquartered in Marksville, Louisiana, United States. The district serves Avoyelles Parish in south central Louisiana. Former Louisiana State Senate President Donald E. Hines , M.D., was a member of the Avoyelles School Board from 1972 to 1993.
