The Mosher House is Prairie-style house constructed by John A. Mosher in Wellington, Ohio, in 1902. The two-story house has an asymmetrical cruciform plan with an open porch at the west side facing the street. The exterior has horizontal board and batten siding with stucco above the second floor window sill height.

Most of the route is a rural two-lane highway and passes through both farmland and residential properties. For some of its path, SR 111 runs generally parallel to the north of the Auglaize River.
