On January 12, 1989, a Hawker Siddeley HS 748 operated by Bradley Air Services, bound for Montréal-Dorval International Airport, crashed approximately 1.2 mi (2 km) north of the airport after colliding with trees due to improper instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures by the first officer.
