Hiram College (/ ˈ h aɪ r ə m / HY-rəm) is a private liberal arts college in Hiram, Ohio, United States. It was founded in 1850 as the Western Reserve Eclectic Institute by Amos Sutton Hayden and other members of the Disciples of Christ Church. The college is nonsectarian and coeducational. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

English: The former house of James A. Garfield in Hiram, Ohio. He lived in the house ca. 1857-1861 while principal of the Western Reserve Eclectic Institute, which is now Hiram College . The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1975.
