Ela Cheppanu (transl. How Should I Say?) is a 2003 Indian Telugu-language film starring Tharun, Shriya Saran, and Siva Balaji. The film was directed by B.V. Ramana. It is the remake of the Bollywood film Tum Bin. [1] The film released to mixed reviews and was a box office failure.
