My Hero Academia: Vigilantes [a] is a Japanese manga series written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court. It is both a spin-off and a prequel to Kōhei Horikoshi's manga series My Hero Academia.
Izuku Midoriya (Japanese: 緑谷 出久, Hepburn: Midoriya Izuku), also known by his hero name Deku (Japanese: デク), is a superhero and the main protagonist of the manga series My Hero Academia, created by Kōhei Horikoshi.
Deku finally gives in and apologizes himself before passing out. He wakes up in front of the now heavily-fortified U.A. only to be met by a mob of angry civilians demanding Deku not enter, aware that he is the boy Shigaraki is after. Deku is about to leave, but is stopped by Uraraka who tells him "It's gonna be fine".
The class begins to train while having their costumes adjusted, Deku having his costume modified by Mei Hatsume while developing his own "Full Cowling: Shoot Style". When Class 1-A arrive to the site of the provisional examination, they meet several other students from other schools who secretly plan on targeting them.
"Shigaraki" ends up in a floating U.A. High to be confronted by Deku, however before he can enter the Warp Gate, he is snagged by Toga and taken to Okuto Island, where she is confronted by Uraraka. A team consisting of Bakugo, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Mirko, Tamaki Amajiki, and Nejire Hado prepare to take on "Shigaraki" even with Deku missing ...

This results in a conflict where Overhaul, kills Magne and cripples Mr. Compress before taking his leave, while offering Shigaraki time to reconsider.
