Windows 11. /. Desktop, Start, and personalization. /. Desktop. I've recently been using Windows 11 and noticed this dotted outline around desktop elements like Recycle Bin or Microsoft Edge which makes the desktop look very ugly. Clicking on the desktop doesn't.

Whenever I right click it, it takes me somewhere else instead of the usual options like deleting it. Also I try to drag it do the recycle bin it doesn’t do anything.
