Indoor Pool. The Flower Mound Community Activity Center (CAC) is proud to have a year-round aquatic facility. Our indoor pool is an 11-lane, 25-meter by 25-yard pool that is great for swim teams, open swim, lap swimmers, and programs such as aqua fitness classes, group lessons, and one-on-one sessions with our aquatic staff.
The recreation facility features a Fitness Floor, Indoor Pool, Gymnasium, Track, Multipurpose Rooms, Child Care Room, Group Exercise Studio, Game Room, and Outdoor Waterpark. The facility hosts a variety of recreation, fitness, dance, art, educational, camp, & swim lesson programs for all ages.
