As Im writing this, Im shivering, trembling, feeling weight down. My chest feels heavy and I have trouble breathing. My senses are all on alert and my freighten. Am I having a panic attack? i think once we have a full blown panic attack our bodies and mind go haywire, my opinion. i had this episode you described two days after surgery and its been a long road since. having a panic attack and freaking out about can induce health anxiety and other forms of anxiety. you might settle down a bit but will most likely have free floating symptoms.

I was given 5 days of flagyl and keflex. I’m a little overweight (not much atall really) and fairly active with sports and exercise 2-4 days a week.
