    I use Bob's Red Bill Gluten Free Cornmeal, but it's kind of hard to find. They also make a non-gluten-free variety (it's made in a factory with wheat and says so on the bag). The gluten free variety clearly says "Gluten Free" on the front and states that it is made in a dedicated facility and tested routinely.

    The unico one says it contains wheat, bob’s red mill says nothing, but I know that it probably will be contaminated because I know bob’s red mill has a separate gluten free facility for all there gluten free products, there is no red gluten-free certification on the bag that is normally on all of bobs red mill gluten free products.
