No Escape is a 2015 American action comedy film directed by John Erick Dowdle, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother, Drew Dowdle. The film stars Owen Wilson , Lake Bell , and Pierce Brosnan , and tells the story of an expat engineer trapped with his family in an unnamed country in Southeast Asia during a violent uprising.

Columbia TriStar also released the film on DVD, VHS and Laserdisc in other countries from 1995–2003, while Sony Pictures Home Entertainment re-released the DVDs in 2005–2017.
