Allow me to clarify - driver is coming from the hardware manufacturer. In this case, it depends on Logitech still supports this model and still releases driver for this model to stay align with Windows. I checked their website and I am afraid they no longer support/release driver as of now for Windows 11.
I Bought this camera many year ago and always worked fine till an update of windows 11. At the beginning worked fine with Windows 11 too, but are at least 2 months that the camera isn't working well. I tried everything, uninstall and reinstalled driver of any kind, followed different guide and other community post but never worked.

I had no problem with my Logitech C615 on my old HP laptop with Windows 10 but on my new HP laptop with Windows 11, I am getting horizontal jumping interference lines in the video display. My wife's C270 does the same. Both cams work as expected on her HP (my old one with a fresh install of Windows 10).
Devices shipped with an older release of Windows may not play nice with Windows 10, especially the Camera device. To confirm this, Select the Driver tab, select the Driver Details button, and look for a file name that includes stream.sys. If it’s there, your Camera was designed before Windows 7 and you’ll have to replace it with a newer webcam.
Try this fix. Right-click on the Windows key and select the Device Manager. In the Device Manager expand the Camera section and right-click on the driver and select Uninstall device. After that hit scan for hardware changes. The camera driver will install again. after that check if the issue resolved.

Windows recognizes a driver for it, but when it installs it says "Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 Driver error" in the device settings.
