Cotswold is a local government district in Gloucestershire, England. It is named after the wider Cotswolds region and range of hills. The council is based in the district's largest town of Cirencester .

[1] [2] The site is listed in the 'Cotswold District' Local Plan 2001-2011 (on line) as a Key Wildlife Site (KWS). [3] The site is owned and managed by the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, and is part of its Greystones Farm nature reserve (grid reference). The reserves lie to the east of Bourton-on-the-Water, which is in the Cotswolds.
