The 2020 AMA Supercross Championship is an American motorcycle racing championship that started January 4, 2020, and ended June 21, 2020. Ten of the 17 rounds had been completed when the season was suspended on March 12, 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
McAdoo made his professional supercross debut in 2017, starting in the 250SX East class of the AMA Supercross Championship for the Smartop Motoconcepts Honda team. By the third round of the series in Toronto, he was able to record his first top-ten finish before sustaining a cut to his hand at the fourth round which required stitches.

'Jo Shimoda' (下田丈, Shimoda Jō, born 16 May 2002) is a Japanese professional motocross rider who currently competes in the AMA Supercross and Motocross championships for HRC Honda. [1] He is the 2020 AMA 250SX Rookie of the Year.
Barcia began his career by winning back to back 250 Supercross East Championships in 2011 and 2012. Riding for Yamaha until 2019, Barcia has won the season opening race in Anaheim on multiple occasions. Barcia changed teams to race for Gas Gas in 2020. [3]
Jason ended the supercross season with 7 wins, doubling his previous number of wins, and putting him on the all-time supercross win list at 18th with 14 wins. Jason was involved in many on track incidents which cost him points, however, at the closest, he was only 3 points away from Champion, Eli Tomac. Anderson finished a close 2nd overall.
