Kilby Bridge forms part of the borough of Oadby and Wigston whose southernmost boundary is along the River Sence, situated in the Sence valley 1.32 miles (2.12 km) south of Wigston Magna between the villages of Newton Harcourt 1.71 miles (2.75 km) to the east and the deserted medieval village of Foston 0.63 miles (1.01 km) to the south.

Rive Gauche Nightclub, open late 1999 to mid-2005, was a popular nightclub located in the River West district near Chicago's Greektown neighborhood, and the Loop.Rive Gauche is a French title meaning Left Bank, an appropriate name for a nightclub that had a unique Parisian theme, despite it being located on the right bank of the Chicago River.
It is composed of the areas of Oadby, Wigston, South Wigston and the hamlet of Kilby Bridge. It is predominantly urban, and borders Leicester directly to the north-west. There are no civil parishes in the district. The most northerly corner is near the junction of the A6030 and B582, and near the Bupa hospital it meets Harborough.
The first meeting of the Chicago Club was held on May 1, 1869. [5] The first clubhouse was destroyed by fire in the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, so the club moved to 279 Michigan Avenue for two years, and then to the Gregg House at 476 Wabash Avenue. In 1876 the club built its first permanent home on Monroe Street across from the Palmer House. [6]
