Tweety's S.O.S. is a 1951 Warner Bros. Merrie Melodies cartoon directed by Friz Freleng. [2] The short was released on September 22, 1951, and stars Tweety and Sylvester. [3] In the film, Sylvester boards a cruise ship in pursuit of Tweety. But he has to contend with both Tweety's protective owner and with his own seasickness.

The storyline carries into the 2000 direct-to-video feature-length animated film Tweety's High-Flying Adventure, where Joe Alaskey reprises his role. Tweety's prototype, Orson, also made an appearance in the series. Tweety also appears in Tiny Toon Adventures as the mentor of Sweetie Pie, and one of the faculty at Acme Looniversity.
