The Park Row Building, also known as 15 Park Row, is a luxury apartment building and early skyscraper on Park Row in the Financial District of the New York City borough of Manhattan. The 391-foot-tall (119 m), 31-story building was designed by R. H. Robertson, a pioneer in steel skyscraper design, and engineered by the firm of Nathaniel Roberts.
The building is located on 50 West Street, in the Financial District neighborhood of Lower Manhattan in New York City.The site borders a high-rise rental building called 90 Washington to the north while being surrounded by a privately owned parking garage to the south and east of the structure.
Southbridge consists of four 27-story towers and five 6-story buildings, which collectively include 1,651 apartments with a total of 331,577 square feet (30,804.5 m 2) of floor area.
