The CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves football program represent Colorado State University Pueblo in college football at the NCAA Division II level. They have fielded a football team every year since 1938 with the exceptions of 1943–1945 and 1985–2007.
With its long history of collaboration with Colorado State University (CSU) and being a Colorado State University System (CSU System) member since 1985, eventually a name change was forthcoming. Also, an independent study of higher education in Colorado recommended to change the university's name to reflect the unique relationship with CSU.
This is a list of seasons completed by the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves football team of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. The first team in 1938 was coached by Dale Rea.
