Fox River Trail in downtown Green Bay. The trail begins at the CityDeck in Green Bay, Wisconsin), follows the Fox River south through De Pere, then deviatiating east, away from the river, where it follows a former railroad bed through Rockland, Wrightstown, Greenleaf, Holland, and ends at Ott Road in Hilbert
The Trail is split into three sections: the City Walk, which includes 16 sites and the Packers Heritage Plaza generally in downtown Green Bay; the Packing Plant Spur, which includes 4 sites along Baird Creek; and the Lambeau – Lombardi Spur, which includes another 4 sites along the Fox River.
The 25-mile (40 km) Fox River State Recreational Trail is part of the Brown County Park System. The trailhead is in the city of Green Bay where seven miles (11 km) of paved trail follow the Fox River south through the city of De Pere. Biking, walking, jogging, and rollerblading are among the most popular activities on the trail.
The East River (known earlier as the Devil River) is a 42.4-mile-long (68.2 km) [1] river in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. [2] It is a tributary of the Fox River.. The East River begins near Askeaton in southern Brown County and flows through the east side of De Pere, Allouez and Green Bay, Wisconsin, where it converges with the Fox River.
Black River State Forest is a state forest located in the western half of Jackson County, Wisconsin near Black River Falls, Wisconsin, U.S.A.. It is administered by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The park has campsites, trails, and allows for hunting, ATV, and canoeing. [1]

The lower Wisconsin River flows through glacial drift until it enters the Driftless Area and eventually reaches the Mississippi River. [1] It extends about 116 river miles (187 river kilometers) from Portage to its confluence with the Mississippi River, falling 171 feet (52 m) from about elevation 782 feet (238 m) above sea level (msl) at Portage to 611 feet (186 m), msl at the Mississippi.
