This banner is simply *huge* - in my resolution and font size, all I see is the banners on the first page! I think this is a big problem - only seeing banners. It's like a bad office where all you can see are POST-ITs all over the place. I use a big resolution (1152x852) but rather big fonts (Konqueror, 14pt Nimbus Sans).
This template may be added to an article talk page with no WikiProject banners, but with a |class= quality assessment value, in which case it will populate a general category such as Category:C-Class articles. WikiProject assessment bots may change shell templates per this usage guideline when the bot is editing the talk page for other reasons.

Standardisation assists editors who add project banners to new or untagged articles as well as makes things easier for bots and scripts that work with project banners, or editors trying to identify banner templates in the editing window. As such, it is encouraged that future banners use the standard Template:WikiProject Project form.
