JetSuiteX, Inc. (commonly known as JSX) is an American air carrier in the United States and Mexico that describes itself as a "hop-on jet service" [2] that operates point-to-point flights between and within Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, and Texas in the United States and Baja California Sur in Mexico.
The JSX-1 is a single place, single engine jet aircraft similar in design to an Onex, with a Waiex style Y tail, fixed main landing gear and a retractable nosewheel. Introduced at AirVenture 2009, it is powered by a Czech-built PBS TJ100 turbojet engine mounted above the aft fuselage, with the exhaust exiting between the Y-tail.
With the change to JSX, Taos Air ceased using its own brand identity, but it remained contractually responsible for providing airline service at Taos Regional Airport. [4] Taos Air effectively terminated operations permanently on 1 April 2024 when Taos Ski Valley allowed its airline service contract with the town of Taos to expire. [4]
