The teams are grouped into two pools using the serpentine system with the 2024 All-Filipino Conference final standings as the basis for the Top 9 teams. Like the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference , the league ensures that sister teams would not be drawn into the same pool. [ 9 ]
