The first park to show the film was Universal Studios Hollywood on May 23, 2003. [1] This was followed by Universal Studios Florida and Japan in June. [4] In 2010, the attraction opened with Universal Studios Singapore in the Shrek-themed Far Far Away themed area. Outside the Universal Parks, the film has only been shown at two theme parks.
The attraction first opened at Universal Studios Singapore on March 18, 2010. The attraction was temporary closed to the public for enhancement works from 10 August 2011 to 20 January 2012. [2] The ride has since reopened and includes enhancements such as a pair of "dry pods" for guests to dry off after getting soaked. [3]
