Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) is a public community college with multiple campuses in the Greater Boston area. Founded in 1973 in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts, United States, BHCC provides higher education and job training services at two campuses and three satellite locations.

Eddinger became the executive vice president of Moorpark College in Moorpark, California. She served as the president of the community college from 2008 to 2013. On July 1, 2013, Eddinger became the 7th president of Bunker Hill Community College in Boston, Massachusetts. Eddinger succeeded Mary L. Fifield, who had retired after 16 years in post.
