Maybe the article should mention the dangers of cast-iron cookware, like how the handle is roughly the same temperature as the rest of the pan (unlike most modern cookware) and about how since they're very good at retaining heat its very hard to tell how hot the handle is until you've touched it.--Craigboy 21:39, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
