Not all Polymer80 frame glocks will fit Glock holsters, but most all Glock holsters should fit (although not perfect, but works) in all Polymer80 holsters. There's a few other things I recommend to help make Polymer80 frames more compatible. Under the trigger guard, there's a hump in between the 2 "undercuts." I would grind this down a bit.

Glock 45 has a 19-length slide. Glock 19 slides have different rail slots and won't fit on a 17 frame. I'm not sure the 45 slide will fit any gen3 or 4 frames either, they will fit the gen 5 G19 frames.
