Beach Boys Studio [1] (also known as Brother Records Studio, [2] Brother Recording Studio, [1] and 10452 Bellagio Road [1]) was a private recording studio owned by the Beach Boys.
The studio was functional as early as January 1974 as certain high-profile artists such as Elton John had begun using the facility.
