Click on the tip twice and you will launch an additional window, this is the new "Inking on workspace" then you will be able to start writing on the existing document like before. you are able to adjust the pen settings to your preference (click once or twice) in your "pen settings". hope this helps.

I did not even want the new and updated version of the Edge but my computer automatically installed the update and now I can't go back to the older version. The older version was working fine for me. The ability to use the pen icon on microsoft edge was one of the main reasons why I got the surface pro! Please please please bring it back!

I converted from Chrome to Edge a while ago due to the fantastic ability to ink, draw, and doodle on various web pages. It seems that there was a pen or drawing icon in the upper right of the Edge browser that would activate a more extensive menu for drawing. However, I can no longer find this icon.
