Bishop Dwenger High School is a co-educational college preparatory high school in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne–South Bend in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States. Dwenger is named after Joseph Gregory Dwenger , the second Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne–South Bend .
In his junior season, he contributed to the school's first bowl-game invitation in 47 years. [2] He played in 44 career games and made 43 starts. In 2009, he was inducted into the University of Cincinnati Athletics Hall of Fame.

[1] He enrolled at the University of Michigan in 1980 and played for Bo Schembechler's Michigan Wolverines football teams from 1980 to 1983. [2] [3] Dixon started every game for the Wolverines in the 1981, 1982, and 1983 seasons.
