Sandra Douglass Morgan (born April 10, 1978) is an American football executive and attorney, who is currently the president of the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League. She is the first Black and Asian woman to serve as an NFL team president.

Raymond Tucker Chester (born June 28, 1948) is an American former professional football player who was a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). After graduating from Douglass High School in Baltimore, Maryland, Chester played college football at the city’s historically Black university Morgan State College (now Morgan State University).
