Bothell West is a census-designated place (CDP) in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. The population was 16,607 at the 2010 census. On February 2, 1993, a special election was held to consider incorporating the North Creek community into a city. [4] The measure failed 1,341 votes in support to 1,927 votes in opposition. The Northshore School District was formed on March 2, 1959, by the consolidation of the Bothell and Woodinville school districts; the consolidation was approved by voters in both districts in a special election on February 24.
