FCW is a professional wrestling television program for World Wrestling Entertainment and the flagship show of WWE's developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling. The program debuted on October 5, 2008 [12] on the Bright House Sports Network and ran for nearly four years before airing it final episode on July 15, 2012. [13]
Prior to 2022, all events were generally held on a Sunday. The change was attributed to WWE president Nick Khan who felt that "big sports events were better on Saturday nights". Saturday Night's Main Event is a series of American professional wrestling television specials produced by WWE (originally the World Wrestling Federation or WWF). It was originally broadcast by NBC from 1985 to 1992, replacing Saturday Night Live in its late night timeslot on an occasional basis throughout the year.
The show moved to Friday nights on September 9, 2005, and began airing on The CW in September 2006, after the merger of UPN and the WB. The show later moved to MyNetworkTV in October 2008.
