Jon Micah Sumrall (born October 13, 1980) [1] [2] is an American musician and the lead vocalist of the Christian rock band Kutless. He occasionally plays acoustic guitar and piano for the band as well. Sumrall has been a member of Kutless since he started the band with James Mead and Ryan Shrout in 2001.
Kutless is an American Christian rock band from Portland, Oregon, formed in 1999. Since their formation, they have released multiple studio albums and one live album, Live from Portland . [ 1 ] They have sold over 3 million records worldwide.
Recently, they have released a music video for their hit song "What Faith Can Do." The song "What Faith Can Do" charted at No. 19 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart. [ 3 ] Musically, the album deviates away from the hard rock sound on their previous albums and features a softer, calmer tone.

Strong Tower is a worship album released by the Christian rock group Kutless and is also their third studio album. An enhanced deluxe edition of this album was released on March 20, 2007, with additional tracks and the "Strong Tower" live music video. [5] The title track of this record, "Strong Tower", was once in the Top 5 on ChristianRock.net.
