The Old US 71 – Wilton Segment is a former alignment of US 71 near Wilton in Little River County, Arkansas. The roadway of about 2 miles (3.2 km) is a 1934 construction and was the main travel route in the county upon construction until US 59 /US 71 bypassed this alignment in 1965.

State Highway 71 (abbreviated as SH-71 or OK-71) is a state highway in eastern Oklahoma. It runs from State Highway 31 in Quinton north to intersect State Highway 9 near Enterprise. It then continues north to Lake Eufaula Dam, and then turns east to end at State Highway 2. It has no lettered spur routes.

Arkansas Highway 28 (AR 28) is a designation for four state highways in west Arkansas. One segment of 20.45 miles (32.91 km) runs from the Oklahoma state line east to U.S. Route 71 (US 71) north of Waldron. A second segment of 43.78 miles (70.46 km) runs from US 71 at Needmore east to Highway 27 at Rover.
