Alexander Georg Nicolas Schallenberg (German: [ˌalɛˈksandɐ ˈɡeːɔʁk ˈnɪkolas ˈʃaln̩bɛʁk]; born 20 June 1969) is an Austrian diplomat, jurist, and politician who has been the acting chancellor of Austria since 10 January 2025. He previously was the 28th chancellor from 11 October 2021 to 6 December 2021.
