"Eres tú" (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈeɾes ˈtu]; "It's You") is a song recorded by Spanish band Mocedades, written by Juan Carlos Calderón. It represented Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest 1973 held in Luxembourg placing second which was followed by a global success.
Mocedades chose Eres tu over this song to compete in Eurovision.) 1973 4 covers of the song Eres tu done in German: Das Bist Du, French: C'est pour toi, English: Touch the Wind and Italian: Viva noi. The same melody and orchestration was used for each cover but the translations of the lyrics were quite different from the original Eres tu.

Sergio and Estíbaliz were a Spanish vocal duo, formed by Sergio Blanco Rivas (17 November 1948 – 15 February 2015) and Estíbaliz Uranga Amézaga (born 9 December 1952) who also worked with groups Mocedades and El Consorcio.
