U.S. Route 460 Alternate (US 460 Alternate) is a 3-mile-long (4.8 km) alternate route in Salem, Virginia. It is concurrent with US 11 Alternate for its entire length. Beyond the eastern terminus, the US 11 Alternate continues along main line US 460 into Roanoke, Virginia.
