The following is a list of episodes for the first season to the anime television series, Aikatsu!, which aired between October 1, 2012 and September 26, 2013.The series, produced by Sunrise in collaboration with Bandai, follows Ichigo Hoshimiya and her friends as they participate in idol activities at Starlight Academy, a school for budding idols.
Aikatsu! is an anime television series created and produced by Sunrise, Telecom Animation Film, (and later by Sunrise's spin-off studio, BN Pictures) based on a card arcade game by Bandai. The series revolves around Ichigo Hoshimiya, an aspiring idol who enrolls into Starlight Academy and partakes in auditions using special Aikatsu cards.
The ending theme from episode 26 till episode 50 is "So Beautiful Story" by Ruka and Sena. In season 2, the opening themes are "STARDOM!" and "MUSIC OF DREAM!!!", both by Sena, Rie, Kana and Miki while the ending themes are "Bon Bon Voyage" by Miho from AIKATSU STARS and Risa, and "Pirouette of the Forest Light" by Sena and Ruka from AIKATSU STARS.
