Marie Speziale (born c. 1945) is an American trumpeter and the first female trumpet player to play in a major symphony orchestra. [1] [2] She started in the Cincinnati Symphony when she was 19 years old. She served in the orchestra in Cincinnati from 1964 to 1996.
