Kabigan Falls, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte 2017. Kabigan Falls is a natural waterfall and tourist attraction in Brgy. Balaoi, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Featuring a cascade of approximately 87 feet (27 m) high that drops into a concave basin, [1] Kabigan Falls is hidden in a dense forest and is accessible via a trek along a trail near Bantay Abot Cave. [2]
Only the top of the middle falls is visible from the park; the hidden second drop can only be viewed from the raft ride from below. To reach the main falls, there is a steep, steel ladder, which in one section goes vertically straight down. The raft to the falls and the "Shooting the Rapids" boat ride are also available from park management. [12]
