The Little Hawkeye Conference is a high school athletic conference in central Iowa.. The conference consists of seven schools, with three of them in Class 3A (Newton, Oskaloosa and Pella) and three others in Class 4A (Dallas Center-Grimes, Indianola and Norwalk), with the seventh member, Pella Christian, being a Class 2A school.
The conference was formed in 1930 by Knoxville, Pella, Indianola High School, West Des Moines Valley, and Winterset. [ 1 ] At the end of the 1995–96 school year, the members were Albia, Centerville, Chariton, Davis County (Bloomfield), Grinnell, Knoxville, Oskaloosa and Pella.
