The NET10 account number is the phone's serial number for our branded phones. For the Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP) Program, you can provide the last 15 digits of the SIM card number.

I have a Net10 phone and can log into my NET10 account without a problem. I am trying to port my number over to another carrier (yes, I have had problems with Net10)- the other carrier is asking for my account number - where can I find that- what does NET10 use as an account number.

I had the same problem six months ago when I tried to stop the auto pay when I was going to be out of the country for 3 months and was told it was stopped.
