Although the article now uses "country and western" in lowercase, all other uses of the phrase "Western music" in the article have "Western" capitalized (in mid-sentence). I also notice that "Western" is capitalized in Western (genre), Spaghetti Western, and Science fiction Western. MOS:GENRECAPS seems to suggest lowercase.
