Gioffre Borgia (1482–1516), son of Pope Alexander VI and younger brother of Cesare Borgia and Lucrezia Borgia. He married Sancha of Aragon, daughter of Alfonso II of Naples, obtaining as her dowry both the Principality of Squillace (1494) and the Duchy of Alvito (1497).

Gioffre Borgia (1481– January 1517), also known as Goffredo , or Jofré Borja , was the youngest illegitimate son of Pope Alexander VI and Vannozza dei Cattanei, and a member of the House of Borgia.
The title was re-established in 1483 by Ferdinand II of Aragon as a favour to Rodrigo Cardinal Borgia for his son Pier Luigi Borgia. [2] The dukedom then went to Pier Luigi's half-brother Giovanni Borgia. He was assassinated, and his young son inherited the title. The fourth duke was the religious figure Francesco Borgia.
Borgia was an old enemy of Ferdinand of Aragon, and he was fighting the count who paved the way for Ferdinand's 1512 invasion against John III and Catherine of Navarre. While the circumstances are not well known, the tomb was destroyed sometime between 1523 and 1608, during which time Santa María was undergoing renovation and expansion.
