Nancy B. Moody (died December 26, 2024 [1]) was the president of Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee from until October 2009 through September 2017. [ 2 ] [ 3 ] Previously, from 2002 to 2009, Moody served as the president at Lincoln Memorial University.

Mildred Doyle was born on her family's large farm in South Knoxville, Tennessee, [1] the daughter of Charter Elbert Doyle and Illia Burnett Doyle. [2] Her father was a county judge. [3] [4] As a young woman, Doyle played baseball, softball, tennis, and basketball on school teams at Young High School and Maryville College. [5]

Rule High School was closed in 1991. Although the building is in bad shape it is still standing. Mary C. Hodge Halsey wrote the book, "Golden Memories of Rule High School - A History." Most of the base housing is in Kentucky, the school was originally on the Kentucky side of the base, and it is operated by the Kentucky District of the U.S. Department of Defense Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools, along with all other schools on Fort Campbell and the schools on the Fort Knox base situated entirely in Kentucky.
