Sno*Drift is a rally racing event held in Montmorency County, Michigan, annually, with headquarters in Atlanta, Michigan. The event was the first Rally America National Rally Championship event of the season, and is currently the first American Rally Association National Championship. [ 1 ]

The Volkswagen Jetta , Volkswagen Golf and Volkswagen Beetle all had many appearances and much success in Rally America events.
In 2005, Block began his National rallying career with the Vermont SportsCar team. [6] Vermont SportsCar prepared a 2005 Subaru WRX STi for Block to compete. His first event of the rallying season was Sno*Drift, where he ended up finishing seventh overall and fifth in the Group N class. [7]

The team was formed by Ken Block as Monster World Rally Team at the beginning of 2010 as a platform for him to compete at world championship level. The team, sponsored by Monster Energy, ran a 2011-spec Ford Fiesta RS WRC for Block and co-driver Alex Gelsomino at selected events in the World Rally Championship.
