Poker-Face always charges Mon*Star billions for new inventive ideas against the SilverHawks. Mumbo-Jumbo (voiced by Peter Newman) is a copper-skinned robotic Minotaur who is the muscle for Mon*Star's Mob. He is aided by his ability to "bulk up", growing larger and more muscular, increasing his strength by doing so.
In SilverHawks he provided the voices of Quicksilver, Mumbo Jumbo, and Timestopper. He also played the evil Duke of Zill & Wack Lizardi in Felix the Cat: The Movie. In 1987, Newman also provided the voice of the camp director of Camp Mimi-Mon for the Rankin/Bass show Mini Monsters.
