RAA Place (formerly Westpac House, Santos House, BankSA Building, and State Bank Building) is an office building located at 91 King William Street, Adelaide.It is a 31-storey office tower, reaching 132 metres (433 ft) at its roof, with each level approximately 4.2 metres (14 ft) in height.
The facility dates back to 1944, immediately after the 1944 Battle of Guam.It was previously designated Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Western Pacific (NCTAMS WESTPAC), before those responsibilities were merged with NCTAMS EASTPAC to form NCTAMS PAC in Honolulu in 2000, and the Guam facility was redesignated a NCTS.
The command was again renamed on October 20, 1997. The new name, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific, better reflected the command's regional operating area. The former NCTAMS WESTPAC was redesignated Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Guam, now falling under NCTAMS PAC.
It was built from 1927 to 1932 and housed the headquarters of the Bank of New South Wales, and later Westpac. It is also known as Westpac Bank building and Bank of NSW building. Westpac sold the building in 2002, but continues to lease the lower floors for use as banking chambers. The upper floors are leased by other tenants.

Westpac Place is a commercial skyscraper located in the north-western corridor of the Sydney central business district, Australia. The building is the bank's Australian headquarters. The building was built for the Westpac Office Trust, being included in the sale of the trust to Mirvac in 2010.
