The 2024–25 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship was the 20th staging of the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's intermediate inter-county club hurling tournament.
On 30 September 2023, Special Congress voted to make some structural changes to the All-Ireland series, resulting in the creation of two new rounds of games. The preliminary quarter-finals will be played between the third and fourth-placed teams in Munster and Leinster, with the two teams from each province playing each other.
The Munster champions continue to receive a bye to the All-Ireland semi-final while the defeated Munster finalists enter the All-Ireland quarter-finals. The third-placed team in the group enter the All-Ireland Championship at the preliminary quarter-final stage where they play either the champions or runners-up of the Joe McDonagh Cup .
