BeST Transit (formerly Endless Mountains Transportation Authority) is a public transportation provider that features routes in three northern Pennsylvania counties. It provides fixed-route public bus and paratransit (Shared-ride) service for Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga Counties.
The Sullivan County bridges are the oldest as all three were built in or circa 1850, while the 1898 Buttonwood Covered Bridge in Lycoming County is the youngest. The Buttonwood bridge is also the shortest at 63 feet 6 inches (19.35 m), while the Hillsgrove Covered Bridge in Sullivan County is longest at 171 feet (52 m).

He was best known for playing the killer Cole in The Sting , hockey goon Mo Wanchuk in Slap Shot , mobster George in The Untouchables (1987) and the gruff Henry Wingo in The Prince of Tides (1991).

On July 2, 1973, the Hillsgrove bridge was the first covered bridge in Sullivan County to be added to the NRHP, and on July 24, 1980 it was again included on the NRHP in a Multiple Property Submission of seven Covered Bridges of Bradford, Sullivan and Lycoming Counties. [13]
